About Legal Compliance

Local Authorities that adopt and use the SOLGM Legal Compliance Modules, are in a position to demonstrate:

  • An intention to comply with Laws, Regulations, Codes and Organisational Standards, and
  • A positive compliance culture, with the ability to expose and develop procedures and processes that
make Legal Compliance easier to understand and achieve.

Legal Compliance can also be made more understandable and achievable by Contractors, Sub-contractors
