"The Hutt City Council Flood Database was developed as a central location for all historical, current and modelled flooding information held by Hutt City Council, including photographs, remedial measures and engineer’s comments. The project developed into a comprehensive GIS layer that combined point and polygon attribute data, LIDAR data was used to validate pooling areas and flooded properties. "
