LEVIN LANDFILL REVIEW OF CONSENT CONDITIONS

"The Levin Landfill is located on Hokio Beach Road and has been operating from the site since the 1950’s.  The landfill is located on the coastal outskirts of Levin township and has been a source of discontent amongst the local community for decades.   ... The two stages to the project were, firstly getting an acceptance for all parties to move from a positional/combative mindset, and secondly to patiently unravel the complex science around the effects of the Levin Landfill so that all parties were able to raise their concerns and issues effectively."
