Entries are now open for the 2010 New Zealand Post Group Local Government Excellence Awards. 

The closing date for entries is 23 July 2010.  The winners will be announced at the SOLGM Conference in Queenstown on 6 September 2010.

The categories for the 2010 awards are:

• Joined Up Local Government;
• Improved Local Regulation;
• Council-Community Relationships; and
• Building Organisational Capability.

These are the same as for 2009.
