MODULE STATUS (31st July 2011)

This version of the module was published on 31 August 2011.  It replaced a previous version published in February 2009.  The most significant changes have been the inclusion of material dealing with new legislation relating to:

  • Requests for variation(s) to working arrangements;
  • Disputed decisions on requests for variation(s) to working arrangements;
  • Cashing up of 4th week of annual leave; and
  • Transfers of a public holiday to another working day;

which took effect on 1st July 2011.

Users with hard copy of earlier versions are advised to dispose of these and print a new copy from the current version of the module.
