This module was first published in June 2006. In order to provide timely guidance ahead of the commencement of the revised rates rebates scheme the module is being published in "not quite final" form. Further work is being carried out to clarify a small number of issues. This will be completed and updates published with the next week to 10 days. When this is done this will be advised through the LGOL Rating and Finance listservs and details will be posted on this page of where changes have been made.
