This version of the module was published on 7 December 2009.  I has been completely revised to reflect the changes made by the Resource Management (Simplifying and Streamlining) Amendment Act 2009. 

Each module is reviewed every 18 to 24 months to ensure that its content remains current.  Each review starts with a legal review. If this identifies significant issues a team of practitioners and stakeholders is assembled to address these.
